All packages large or small are shipped priority and come with insursance.

In the event that it is lost, or damaged by them, please file a claim directly through your postal carrier.

Due to the high demand with airing on Shark Tank we are experiencing longer processing times. Currently we have approx 2-4 business days for processing but will keep you updated.

Once shipped typical times are approx 3-5 days. However this time is solely up to your postal service. We are not responsible for delayed packages.
