Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mint chocolate chip yum crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon Flour

2-3 drops of green food color (optional)

½ Mint Chocolate Yum Crumbs to top before baking

¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a bowl, mix mint chocolate chip yum crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and flour.
Pour cream cheese mixture over crust in the springform pan, top with mini chocolate chips and more mint chocolate Yum Crumbs. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cheesecake cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.
